This is the 10th festival that was supposed to be held in 2021, but because everyone was staying at home across the country, the Festival was not held as it usually does every two years. The notable point of this time is that for the first time, the 2023 Sea Festival has the largest stage ever, designed on the sandy beach. "The stage applies modern technology on a 600m2 LED screen. Many famous domestic and international artists will participate in the performance"
The highlight of this year's festival is 4 art programs with the themes: Khanh Hoa - Bright Aspiration, Khanh Hoa - Connecting Love, Khanh Hoa - Uniting to Reach the Future and the world music festival "Echoes of the Ocean".
