Remember, you and the water are One”
Because of that saying, because of those brief seconds of feeling oneness, I have been here until now. When I am in the water, I feel fear, but also feel freedom. The thin line between fear and freedom is just a breath away. I often spend minutes just floating on the surface and breathing deeply and slowly. Then, when everything is ready, I take one last breath, lean forward, and learn to become one with the sea.
There is no way to fight against the power of the currents and waves. The only way is to relax, trust that the water will support you, take you into the limitless magical world that only exists in your imagination.
