- 15:30 \u2013 16:30:<\/strong> :Practice session in the pool with the guidance of a coach.<\/li>\n

- 17:00 \u2013 18:00<\/strong>: Practical diving and applying learned techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Morning of the second day\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n- 07:00<\/strong>: Car picks you up at your home or hotel in Nha Trang city center<\/li>\n
- 07:30<\/strong>: Upon arrival at the Freediving area, the tour guide will arrange seats and then guide you and familiarize you with the equipment in the Freediving tour.<\/li>\n
- 07:45 \u2013 08:15<\/strong>: Warm up, get freediving equipment. Listen to the instructor explain ear seals and safety techniques, get familiar with freediving equipment, learn how to prepare to breathe.<\/li>\n
- 08:15<\/strong> \u2013 08:30<\/strong>: Freediving to get acquainted with the terrain.<\/li>\n
- 08:30 \u2013 12:00<\/strong>: Freediving filming and photography by a team of professional photographers.<\/li>\n
- 12:30<\/strong>: Return to Nha Trang city center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
